It was built 1792/97 and was used by duke Carl August as "Parkhaus".
It reminds in its form of the classical antique architecture. Stucco decoration, wall arrangements and pictures with antique motives shape the inside of the classical building.
On the mainfloor there are the vestibuel, the blue salon, as well as the working- and the bedroom of the duke.
A board exhibiton in the basement gives views of the building-, use- and restoration history of the house and the park plant.
